  Installation precautions and installation methods of compensator:

  1. The installation of the compensator shall be carried out according to the piping construction drawings designed by the design institute and with reference to the installation instructions of the compensator.

  2. Only by properly guiding and fixing the pipeline of the compensator can the compensator play its role. Therefore, the setting of the guiding and fixing support shall be carried out in strict accordance with the relevant technical data of the design department.

  3. The bellows for compensator is made of thin-walled stainless steel plate. Therefore, during transportation, hoisting and welding, attention should be paid not to damage the bellows due to knocking, scratch, arc striking, welding spatter and other reasons.

  4、 Before installation, the corrugated pipe and foreign matters in the pipe shall be removed to ensure the normal operation of the corrugated pipe.

  5. The compensator with flow direction requirements shall be installed according to the requirements of medium flow arrow.

  6. In order to keep the bellows in good working condition, it is not allowed to use the deformation of the compensator, including axial, transverse and torsion, to adjust the installation error of the piping system.

  7. Before the operation of the system, the manufacturer generally does not recommend the removal of the small tie rod, but loosen the inner nut according to the compensation amount after the pressing is completed.

  8. When purchasing, don't just rely on the model or code, but provide the data to the manufacturer, and the manufacturer can design and produce the product to ensure the service life or quality.
