1. Before installation, the model and specification of bellows expansion joint and the support configuration of pipeline shall meet the design requirements.

　　2. Bellows expansion joint cannot bear load and should be lifted separately. Unless reinforcement measures are taken for bellows expansion joint, it is not allowed to lift bellows expansion joint together with pipeline after welding.

　　3. Stainless steel compensator should pay attention to make the direction of liner tube consistent with the flow direction of medium, and the hinge rotation plane of plane angular bellows expansion joint is consistent with the displacement plane.

　　4. The bellows expansion joint that needs to be cold tightened, and the auxiliary components used for metal hose pre deformation should be removed after the pipe system is installed.

　　5. In addition to the pre deformation of pre stretching or "cold tightening" required by the design, it is strictly forbidden to adjust the installation deviation of the pipeline by deforming the bellows, so as to avoid affecting the normal function of the bellows expansion joint, reducing the service life and increasing the load of the pipe system, equipment and supporting components.

　　6. Welding slag splashing on the surface of bellows expansion joint and other mechanical damage to bellows are not allowed during installation.

　　7. After the installation of piping system, the fastener of auxiliary positioning mechanism on bellows for installation and transportation protection shall be removed immediately, and the limiting device shall be adjusted to the specified position according to the design requirements.
