  The main metal hose shall be composed of bellows, mesh sleeve and joint. Its inner pipe is a thin-walled stainless steel bellows with spiral or circular wave shape, and the outer net sleeve of the bellows is woven by stainless steel wire or steel strip according to certain parameters. The connection or flange at both ends of the hose is matched with the joint or flange of the customer's pipe.

  The mesh sleeve is the main pressure bearing part of the hose device in the pressure pipeline. At the same time, it acts as a sheath for the bellows. According to the pressure in the pipeline and the application site, one or more layers of stainless steel wire or steel strip can be selected to stop weaving. The pressure range of the hose is generally pn0.6-32.0mpa. 0 MPa.

  Since the main parts of the hose are made of austenitic stainless steel, the temperature resistance and corrosion resistance of the hose are guaranteed. The working temperature range of the hose is very wide, ranging from - 196 to 600 degrees. The corrosion resistance of the hose can be guaranteed by selecting the appropriate stainless steel grade according to the corrosivity of the medium passed through the pipe.

  Hose scope of application: it is suitable for steam, gas, air, heavy oil, petroleum, chemical and pharmaceutical products, etc.

  Structural characteristics of metal hose: metal hose is generally composed of bellows, mesh sleeve and joint. Corrugated pipe is the body of metal hose, which plays a flexible role; the net cover plays the role of strengthening and shielding; the joint plays the role of connection. For different application requests, they are connected in different ways: the bellows, the net sleeve and the joint are connected by welding, which is called welding type; the connection by mechanical clamping is called mechanical clamping type; in addition, the combination of the above two methods is called mixed type.

  Installation of metal hose:

  1. Install metal hose in correct position, otherwise it will break quickly and reduce service life.

  2. The hose can be installed horizontally, vertically or obliquely. The ideal state is vertical device. At the same time, the device should be prevented from being close to the wheel. If necessary, baffle can be installed.

  3. Generally, the metal hose can be divided into three types of length: the first is the tightening length, that is, the length when the hose is tightened to the limit position; the second is the length of the device, which is the length of the hose in the middle of half of the displacement; the third is the stretching length, which is the length when the hose is stretched to the limit.

  4. When installing the hose, the hose should be in the middle position. In this position, the hose can move in two directions when it is subjected to axial load. Otherwise, if the hose can only move in one direction, the strength of the metal hose will be affected and the service life will be reduced.

  5. In the process of practical installation, it is considered that using a ruler to measure the length of the hose according to the calculation results and then stop the device may affect the consumption efficiency. Some foreign consumers directly install the ruler on the hose and cut off the ruler after installation.
